The sole responsibility for the management of Shentou Investment Ltd. lies with its Board of Management. The board is responsible for managing, coordinating and controlling the business activities in accordance with the strategy and the mission of Shentou. The board of management consists of two members and each member responsibility for one of Shentou´s business areas as well as assigned corporate tasks.

Dr. Qing Ding is responsible for the business corporate tasks company strategy, human resources, sales and consultancy business.
Dr. Qing Ding was born in Hunan Providence, China on October 10th 1963. From 1980 until 1984 studied German language and literature studies at the Peking University. During the years 1987 through 1989 Dr. Ding attended the University of Augsburg, Germany and completed a doctorate in macro-economy.

JJ Zhan is responsible for the corporate tasks operations, finance & controlling / financial services, and information technology.
JJ Zhan studied foreign studies at the Guangdong University from 1992.1996. In 1997 she attend the Middlesex University in England and received her Master of Business Administration in 1998.
