The operations of Shentou are organized into three business units:

• The Procurement Unit
• The Consultancy Unit (includes Investment Banking and Sales & Distribution Services)
• The Sales and Distribution Unit (only for existing procurement customers)

This organization allows us to focus on the needs and demands of our customers, diversifies our service chain and enables us to take advantage of our expertise as a full service provider in our selected business areas in China and India.  In addition, our operations at the corporate level continuously provide us with administrative, technical and corporate services including management, information systems, human resource, accounting and quality control.
